Refund Policy
Once your order is placed and paid in full, you may make changes such as date change, additions or substitutions where possible, however unfortunately we are unable to process refunds.
In the event that you need to move the date of your order, you must provide 72 hours notice. Failing to provide adequate notice, will result in forfeiture of your order and monies paid. With more than 72 hours notice, you will be provided with a credit note to use within 12 months.
Any changes must be emailed to [email protected] a minimum 72 hours from order delivery.
